RevUp & Register! Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. The campaign is open for New Domain Name Registration registered from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024.
2. Applicable to new registration of .MY domain name for a 3-year and 5-year registration period (excluding .gov.my, .edu.my, .mil.my, and .name.my).
3. The 3–year Registration will be entitled to 1 entry to the campaign, whereas the 5–year registration will be entitled to 2 entries to the campaign.
4. Domain name application submitted through participating MYNIC Accredited Registrars only.
5. Domain Name Registration must comply with all applicable domain name policies including the Acceptable Use and Abuse Policy.
6. There will be ONE (1) winner of the Grand Prize picked during the RevUp & Register Campaign.
7. In the event the first winner is uncontactable, the Organizer is entitled to reselect a winner.
8. The campaign’s grand prize, along with other prizes, is scheduled to be awarded in January 2025.
9. If any of the actual prizes are unavailable, MYNIC reserves the right to replace them with an alternative prize of a similar category.
10. Winners of the campaign should be ready for interviews or to be featured in any of the Organizer’s social media posts, such as Facebook or Instagram.
11. The Organizer shall not be liable to any persons in the Campaign for any injuries, losses, or damages in respect of, in connection with, and/or arising from the Campaign.
12. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Campaign and to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the registrars. The decision of the Organizer on all matters relating to or in connection with the Campaign is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
13. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
14. All costs and expenses in relation to the collection of the prizes shall be borne by the respective winners.
