You may reformat your server through the SolidCP control panel.
Kindly note that all data will be erased once the server is reformatted, it is recommended for you to backup your data before proceeding further.
Please refer to the steps below to reformat the server through SolidCP.
1. Login to the control panel (Login credentials can be obtained in the Server Release email).
2. Under the VPS section, click the HyperV icon.
3. Click the Reinstall 
button.
4. Enter Administrator password and check the box "Yes, I confirm re-installation of this VPS".
5. Click Re-install.
6. Wait for the the reformatting process to complete.
* Reinstall feature allows you to reformat the server with the same OS selected upon order. Should you wish to change the server OS, please contact our support team.
