After your server is provisioned, you will receive a Server Release Letter containing the technical details required to access and manage your server.
The exact contents may vary depending on:
- Whether the server is Self-Managed or Fully-Managed
- Whether a control panel is preinstalled
- The selected operating system (Linux or Windows)
1. General Information All Server Customers Receive
Every email will include the following core details:
- Server ID: Reference number for support and billing
- Server IP Address: Used to connect to your server and access services
- Server Specifications: CPU, RAM, storage, and allocated resources
- Operating System: Linux or Windows version installed
- Server Management Portal Access: Web-based portal to view your server resources, screen preview, startup, shutdown or restart when needed.
2. If You Purchased a Self-Managed Server
Self-managed servers require you to handle server administration, OS updates, and security.
You will be provided with the root/administrator access (SSH for Linux and Remote Desktop for Windows), these credentials provide full control over your server environment.
3. If Your Server Includes a Preinstalled Control Panel
If you subscribed a server with a hosting control panel, the Server Release Letter will also include:
- Control panel login URL
- Webmail, database and nameservers information
Common control panels include:
- cPanel / WHM (Linux environments)
- SolidCP (Windows environments)

- Log in to the control panel
- Configure hosting packages or service plans
- Create customer or domain accounts
- Set up nameservers and DNS
- Begin hosting websites on the server
4. If You Purchased a Fully-Managed Server
For fully-managed services, our team maintains the server’s core environment, which may include:
- Operating system updates
- Service monitoring
- Basic security hardening
- Infrastructure-level support
However, customers are still responsible for:
- Website content and configuration
- Application-level management
- Email accounts creation and data handling (unless otherwise specified)
