We are excited to inform you of an important update in our ongoing efforts to elevate .MY domain to the global stage. As part of this transformative journey, MYNIC will be implementing the Early Access Period (EAP) for .MY domain names, starting from 14th to 20th June 2024.

 

During the EAP period, domestic registration of second-level .MY domains (2LD) will be temporarily paused. This period offers a chance for international trademark and brand owners to secure their .MY domains through participating registrars.

 

.MY domestic registration will resume on 21st June 2024. It is important to note that this pause will not affect third-level .MY domain names (.com.my, .net.my, .org.my, .name.my, .gov.my, .edu.my, .mil.my, .coop.my) or renewal process for all existing .MY domain names.
