Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change announced by Google that may affect how you receive emails in Gmail.
Google has confirmed that Gmail will discontinue support for POP3 mail fetching and the Gmailify feature starting January 2026.
This means Gmail will no longer be able to retrieve emails from external email accounts using the POP3 protocol.

What does this mean?

If you currently use Gmail’s “Check mail from other accounts (POP3)” feature to collect emails from your domain or another email provider, Gmail will stop fetching new emails via POP3 after January 2026.
Emails already downloaded into Gmail will remain unaffected.

If you are currently using POP3 mail fetching in Gmail, we strongly recommend reviewing and updating your email setup before January 2026 to avoid any disruption.
Details regarding the changes can be found via URL below.
