Mailing list is a list of email recipients (maximum 30) group under one virtual email account.
You can send email to the one mailing list address and its list of members will receive the email.
1. Login to your hosting control panel (EG. http://yourdomain.com/cpanel)
2. Go to Mailing List icon.
3. Click the Create Mailing List button and fill in the following:
List Name: [ENTER LIST NAME]
Domain: [CHOOSE YOUR DOMAIN]
Password: [FILL IN PASSWORD]
Access Type: Private
* Password strength must be at least 80
4. Click Add.
5. Click Private to manage mailing list privacy.
6. Choose Require only administrator approval for new subscriber and click Proceed.
7. Click Manage to manage email lists.
8. Under General Options link, set the following values:
Prefix for subject line postings: Remove the text in the field and leave it empty
Modify Maximum length in kilobytes (KB) of a message body: Set to 30720
9. Click Submit Your Changes to save the changes.
10. Under Membership Management link, go to Mass Subscription to add mailing list recipient addresses.
11. Click Submit Your Changes to save the changes.
12. Under Privacy Options link, go to Sender filter and scroll to Non-members Section.
11. Set Accept to Action to take for postings from non-members.
12. Click Submit Your Changes to save the changes.
Note: For mails that are sent to the mailing list but not received by the mailing list members, they may require mailing list administrators or moderators to approve them. Please access the mailing list and click on Tend to pending moderator requests link to view and accept the mails.
