Maximum Email Size Limit

Emails sent out of our mail servers are capped at a certain size.
For Windows server, the maximum email size is 25MB, whereas for Linux server, the maximum email size is 50MB.

It is important to ensure that the mails sent out of the server does not reach the maximum email size.
This is because when a mail is sent out of the server, it will be converted from HTML to ASCII codes and the size will increase by few MBs after the conversion.
Therefore, in order for the mails to be delivered successfully, the total mail size has to be at least 3MB below the maximum size.

If users require to send out mail with large attachments, it is recommended for them to upload the large files to services such as Google Drive, Dropbox and more.
Once the files were uploaded, the sender may send the download links to the recipients so that they can retrieve the files from their end.

When sending large emails, the sender will also need to consider the maximum email size allowed by the recipient's mail server.
