PHP Selector, also known as Select PHP Version, is a feature available to allow cPanel uses to select the preferred PHP version for their website.
With this feature, cPanel users will be able to customize individual PHP functions according to their website requirements by enabling or disabling them for specific PHP version.
Users are allowed to select any function, including insecure functions that are recommended to be disabled server-wide.
This may cause the server to be prone to attacks such as malicious code executions and more.
This feature is only available for servers with CloudLinux cPanel, which is not supported by us at the moment.
An alternative feature known as "MultiPHP Manager" is available for users to select alternative PHP version for their website.
