When users submit tickets to us, they will receive an automated reply with information such as ticket number to trace their issue effectively.
Users will also receive an automated notification from our system when the tickets status changed, for example closed.
Kindly note that tickets will be closed automatically by the system if no reply is received from the sender after 48 hours of the last reply.
Users may reply back to the last reply if require tickets to be reopened.
