Why do I have to verify my new order?

We verify all orders from new subscribers to determine high risk orders, please do not take it personally or too seriously. In order to activate your account, we will call you for one-time verification.

If you're unable to answer our call or we're unable to verify your orders through phone, we will need you to send us a scanned copy of your IC, driving license or passport.

We will activate your account within 24 hours if your order is accepted. If your order is rejected, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
