cPanel Error "Your IP address has changed"

You may see this error when trying to access to your cPanel or webmail.
Usually, this error is caused by change of IP address while accessing the control panel or webmail.

cPanel/webmail uses cookie to store user's information during each login session.
When user's IP address changed, the cookie stored in web browser expired, hence forced user to log out of the control panel/webmail.

Users who face this issue normally has two or more IP addresses configured as load balancing at their facilities, or the internet connection is unstable.
To avoid this issue, users are advised to ensure that they are accessing the service from a stable internet connection.

If the issue is faced while accessing webmail, it is advisable to configure the email accounts in the email software/application such as MS Outlook.
