How can I have my welcome email resent?

Welcome email is an email containing all information you need to begin using your account, such as client information, hosting account information, and instructions for control panel, email, webmail, web and FTP, database and DNS.

It will be sent to you upon account activation.

If you didn't receive it or can't find it in your "Inbox", please check your junk mail folder. If it is not there or you have lost it, kindly whitelist "" before requesting it.

Please remember to update your registered email in your client area ( because we can only send your welcome email to your registered email (owner's email address) for security reason.

We will not resend your welcome email more than 2 times in a year unless you didn't receive it, so please keep your welcome email safely. Requesting welcome email more than 2 times in a year may incur service charge.

Please contact billing department if you want us to resend your welcome email.

If you didn't receive your welcome email upon account activation or within 24 hours after requesting, please contact us immediately.
