Viewing Incoming Mail Transactions

Once the MX record is updated, all incoming mails will go through the spam filtering service.
The Incoming Log Search is a comprehensive search tool which allows you to filter on all incoming messages over the past 28 days. In this page you can also access Quarantined messages and those that are in the Incoming Delivery Queue.

There are many information can be found from this page, for example the sender's and recipient's email address, email subject, date/time of mail transaction, email class (spam, not spam, whitelisted, etc.) and email status (delivered, rejected, quarantined and more).

1. Login to the spam filtering service.
2. Go to "Incoming" > "Logs".
3. Click on Show Results button to view the list of all incoming mail transactions.

Note: You may also customize the filtering query to find the results you need, including filtering on message size, From, To, CC or sender's IP address.

You can carry out a variety of actions depending on the mail status in the Search Results listed on the page.
Please click on the dropdown menu next to the checkbox beside the message ID to view and apply related action to the mail.
