.MY domains use different mechanism for domain transfer, it does not require EPP/Authentication code to perform domain transfer from a registered Mynic reseller to another.
Below are the requirements to transfer .MY domains to our management.
1. Ensure domain is active and not expiring anytime soon.
2. Ensure that domain's administrative contact is accessible, the information can be checked via Mynic whois (https://mynic.my/whois/)
3. Retrieve domain login by using "Forgot Username/Forgot Password" facility on Mynic portal (https://selfcare.ichoose.my/login)
4. Notify our support team once the login is retrieved for further action.
The following information will be updated upon transferring your domain from existing provider to us.
- Domain Invoicing Party
- Domain Billing Contact Information
- Domain Technical Contact Information
Note: Domains that are successfully transferred to us will be renewed for one year.
