SolidCP: Creating customer account

You may create customer account to easily manage users in the server. Server resource allocated to each user is restricted based on the hosting plan assigned to the user.
Please refer to the steps below to create customer account in your control panel.

1. Login to your hosting control panel.
2. Click on Create Customer button.
3. Fill in the following information:

User name: [FOLLOW CUSTOMER DOMAIN NAME, MUST NOT EXCEED 20 CHARACTERS]
Password: [ENTER CONTROL PANEL PASSWORD]
Confirm password: [RE-ENTER CONTROL PANEL PASSWORD]
First Name: [ENTER CUSTOMER'S FIRST NAME]
Last Name: [ENTER CUSTOMER'S LAST NAME]
Accout Number: [OPTIONAL]
E-Mail: [ENTER CUSTOMER'S EMAIL ADDRESS]
Secondary E-Mail: [OPTIONAL]
Mail Format: HTML
Role: USER
Status: ACTIVE
Demo Account: NO

4. Click Create to create new customer account.
5. You will be redirected to Hosting Spaces page once the account is succecssfully created. Click on Create Hosting Space button to create new hosting space.
6. On "Create Hosting Space" page, select your hosting plan.
7. Select Active for Hosting Space Status.
8. Check on "Create Server Resource" option.
9. Enter your domain name in the "Domain Name" field.
10. Check "Create Website".
11. Check "Create FTP Account" and select Default Account Name.
12. Click Create Space to create the hosting space.
