I have just purchased SSL certificate from your website, what should I do?

After placing an SSL certificate order on our website, please provide the following information to our support team for SSL purchase and activation purpose.

1. Specify the domain name that will be used for the SSL certificate.
Provide the domain name that you wish to use on the SSL certificate.
For Single SSL, you can use your main domain (e.g www.yourdomain.com) or subdomain (e.g support.yourdomain.com) on the certificate. For Wildcard SSL, please use *.yourdomain.com.

2. Generate CSR code from your web server.
Use domain name specified in step 1 as the common name when generating the CSR code on the web server.
Please select minimum 2048-bit key during the process.

3. Create an email address hostmaster[at]yourdomain.com.
This email address is required for SSL validation purpose.

4. Specify the type of web server.
Please specify your web server type, for example Windows IIS, WHM cPanel and others.
