When configure IMAP on an Iphone IOS device, you will get the follow error when trying to delete the emails in the trash folder.
Error message below:
"Unable to Move Message"
The message could not be moved to the mailbox Trash.
You may follow the steps below to add a folder prefix to fix this issue.
1. Go into your iPhone Settings.
2. Scroll down and tab onto Mail, Contacts, Calendars to view your email settings.
3. Select your email account in the list.
4. Scroll the bottom and tap Advanced.
5. Scroll to the bottom of this screen and tap onto “IMAP Path Prefix" and type INBOX in capital letters.
6. Press the Home button, then open your Mail again to try it out.
