Cancellation of service must be made before service expiry date or invoice due date.
To cancel your account, please submit a ticket to billing department:

Content: Your account ID or domain name
We shall reply you within 24 hours to verify your identity and close your account. If you did not get any reply within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible.
If we did not receive your cancellation request and confirmation, or we're unable to verify your identify due to missing information, we will not be able to close your account, and you will be held responsible for the fail cancellation.
