Using Outlook, you may forward email messages as attachments.
Let say you have a spam or phishing email you would like to report, instead of sending a screenshot you may forward as attachment that includes the header and routing information.
Below is the guideline for Microsoft Outlook .
1. Log in to your Outlook.
2. Open the message you want to forward.
Note: If you want to select multiple email threads, don't open the message. Instead, use the checkbox in your inbox to select multiple email threads.
3. In the top right corner of the page, click the More Actions menu.
4. Select Forward as Attachment.
5. Click Apply. A new email is created with a .eml file attached.
6. When the rest of the message is ready to go, click Send.
