Web and FTP Instructions
Your hosting account is pre-configured so that your domain displays content from a specific folder, known as the web root directory.
This is the folder where you must upload your website files for them to appear online.
Common directory names:

  • public_html (for cPanel)
  • wwwroot (for SolidCP)

If the files are uploaded outside this directory, they will not be visible on your website.

Website files can be uploaded to your hosting account using either of the following methods:

  • File Manager in the control panel
  • FTP application such as FileZilla, using the FTP details provided in the welcome email

If your domain is registered with another provider, you must update the domain's nameservers to point to our hosting server.
After the nameservers are updated, it will require few hours for the domain propagation to be completed.
