Clients/resellers can manage their domain names on behalf of the end user through the client portal.
Please follow the steps below to manage your domain names.
1. Login to Yeahhost client portal (https://cms.yeahhost.com.my/clientarea.php).
2. Under "Domains" tab, click My Domains.
3. The following information is available on the page.
Domain: List of domain names
Reg Date: Date of domain name registration
Next Due: Next due date of the domain name
Auto Renew: Domain name auto renewal status
Status: Status of domain name, such as active, grace period, cancelled and others
4. Click beside the domain name for domain name overview/detailed information.
Update Nameservers
1. Click on the drop-down menu and select "Manage Nameservers".
2. Select "Use custom nameservers".
3. Enter your nameservers information.
4. Click Change Nameservers to save the new nameservers information.
* Nameservers typically takes between 24 -72 hours to propagate across the internet. Please contact our support team if you encounter any error during the process.
Update Contact Information
There are four types of domain contact, information regarding domain contact can be found here. Only update the necessary information on the domain name specific domain contact.
1. Click on the drop-down menu and select "Edit Contact Information".
2. Update the contact information that you wish to change.
First Name: [DOMAIN CONTACT FIRST NAME]
Last Name: [DOMAIN CONTACT LAST NAME]
Company Name: [DOMAIN'S ORGANIZATION/COMPANY NAME]
Email Address: [DOMAIN CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS]
Address 1, Address 2, City, State/Region, Zip Code, Country: [DOMAIN CONTACT ADDRESS INFORMATION]
Phone Number, Mobile Number, Fax Number: [DOMAIN CONTACT NUMBER]
3. Click Save Changes to update the information.
* Changes made on the contact information will reflect in the whois.
** Changing the company name of the domain's registrant contact will change the domain ownership. Please do not change unless necessary.
*** For .my domain (e.g yourdomain.my) registered under individual information, please leave the contact company name empty.
