Please follow the steps below to change the permission:
1. Login to your hosting control panel. (EG. http://cp.yourdomain.com , replace "yourdomain.com")
2. Click onto the icon File Manager.
3. Navigate to the specific folder.
4. Click onto the Lock icon next to the folder you wish to change permission.
5. At yourdomain.com tick the checkbox to allow “Read” and “Write” depending on your choice.
6. Tick to enable the checkbox “Replace permission on all child objects”.
7. Click Set Permissions to save the changes.
